What is canola meal fertiliser?
Aus Oils Kojonup’s mechanically pressed canola meal is a natural, chemical-free co-product of canola oil production. Produced from 100% Western Australian canola, it is designed to complement synthetic fertilisers (e.g. urea) and organic inputs (chicken manure).

How does it work?
Unlike synthetic fertilisers, canola meal delivers slow-release nitrogen, organic carbon, and enhanced soil microbe biology uplifts, which improve nutrient efficiency and long-term soil performance. Essential plant proteins, minerals and oil (11-12% natural oil) are delivered to the soil to optimise soil microbiology activity, increase soil carbon and nutrient cycling to improve plant growth.
By processing locally sourced canola seed through a chemical-free, low-temperature extraction process, this preserves oil purity, freshness and nutritional integrity.
